Course Objectives

This course is designed for facility managers and others who wish to gain some understanding of the property and facility management issues related managing corporate facilities and their services in a matter that adds value to the business.

The course then goes into the operational aspects of portfolio management. This will include examining the business its accounts and the planning, financial and change management aspects of property and facilities management
